Must be cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
A valid credit card is required to reserve spa package appointments. Major credit cards accepted.
Gratuity is not included.

Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Guests who arrive late will have that time subtracted from their treatment, and will be charged in full.
We respectfully request a 48-hour cancellation notice on bookings of three or more services to avoid a cancellation fee.

Quiet enjoyment
We ask guests to maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests.
Cellular phones and pagers are strongly discouraged in treatment areas.

Children under 12
Regretfully, we are unable to render service to those guests accompanied by children.
We offer services to children by appointment only and accompanied by an adult.
